# UptickSDK License Agreement

By using or integrating the UptickSDK, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Grant of License**
   Uptick grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the UptickSDK solely for the purpose of integrating it into your applications and products.

2. **Restrictions**
   - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the UptickSDK.
   - You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the UptickSDK.
   - Redistribution of the UptickSDK is permitted only as part of your integrated application.

3. **Intellectual Property**
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the UptickSDK, including any updates, modifications, and enhancements, remain with Uptick.

4. **Disclaimer of Warranties**
   The UptickSDK is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

5. **Limitation of Liability**
   In no event shall Uptick be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the UptickSDK.

6. **Termination**
   Uptick may terminate this license at any time if you violate its terms.
