TURBINA SDK LICENSE AGREEMENT

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This Turbina SDK ("Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by Turbina, Inc.
("Turbina") for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. Turbina
reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and your payment of
applicable license fees, Turbina grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:

a) Integrate the Software into your mobile applications
b) Use the Software in accordance with your purchased license tier
c) Distribute applications containing the Software to end users

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
b) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
c) Use the Software to create a competing video SDK product
d) Distribute the Software as a standalone product
e) Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
f) Use the Software beyond your licensed quota (MAU limits, features, etc.)

3. TIERS AND PRICING
- Starter: $99/month (10,000 MAU, basic features)
- Pro: $299/month (100,000 MAU, all features)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing (unlimited MAU, all features, support)

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
term of this Agreement.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL TURBINA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. SUPPORT
Support is provided based on your license tier. Enterprise customers receive
priority support with dedicated account management.

8. UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE
Updates and bug fixes are provided at Turbina's discretion. Major version
upgrades may require additional licensing fees.

9. ANALYTICS AND DATA COLLECTION
The Software collects usage analytics (MAU, feature usage) to enforce license
limits and improve the service. No personal user data is collected without
your explicit consent.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the
State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
