IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Oreena ("Licensor") for the Live Activity Update Plugin software product, including computer software and associated documentation ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and payment of applicable license fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
a) Use the Software in your commercial and non-commercial applications
b) Modify the Software to suit your specific needs
c) Distribute applications that incorporate the Software

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
a) Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Software as a standalone product
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law
c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
d) Use the Software to create competing plugin products
e) Share your license with other developers or organizations

3. LICENSE TYPES
- Single Developer License: For use by one individual developer
- Team License: For use by up to 5 developers within one organization
- Enterprise License: For unlimited developers within one organization
- OEM License: For redistribution rights (contact for custom terms)

4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Your license includes:
- 12 months of software updates
- Email support for technical issues
- Access to documentation and examples

5. PAYMENT TERMS
License fees are due upon purchase. Failure to pay applicable fees will result in automatic termination of this license.

6. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

9. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
