Drag along the bar to scrub between tabs, with selection haptics.
Hide on scroll (LiquidGlassScrollMinimizer), or collapse into a circle with LiquidGlassMinimizeStyle.circle.

Follows iOS Reduce Transparency, Increase Contrast and Reduce Motion.
