DOOAPPS BINARY SDK LICENSE AGREEMENT (INFUSIONFFI)

1. DEFINITIONS
“Library” means the compiled binary and any public headers distributed by dooapps for integration into applications, including without limitation the InfusionFFI.xcframework and related artifacts provided via dooapps releases.
“Licensed Application” means your (or your client’s) software that incorporates the Library without modifying it.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this Agreement, dooapps grants you a worldwide, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to:
(a) use the Library internally for personal or commercial purposes; and
(b) distribute the Library solely as embedded, unmodified, within a Licensed Application to end users.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (i) modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Library, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (ii) distribute, sell, license, or otherwise make available the Library on a standalone basis; (iii) remove or alter any copyright, authorship, proprietary notices, or trademarks; (iv) use dooapps’ names, marks, or logos to imply endorsement without prior written permission.

4. OWNERSHIP
The Library is licensed, not sold. dooapps and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Library, including all intellectual property rights.

5. DISTRIBUTION CONDITIONS
Distribution of the Library is permitted only when (a) embedded unmodified in a Licensed Application; (b) subject to terms that are no less protective of the Library than this Agreement; and (c) without exposing the Library’s symbols for third‑party reuse beyond what is technically necessary for the Licensed Application to run.

6. FEEDBACK
You may provide suggestions or feedback. You grant dooapps a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use such feedback without restriction.

7. SUPPORT; UPDATES
dooapps has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, or updates. Any updates may be subject to additional terms.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and continues until terminated. dooapps may terminate this Agreement immediately upon your breach. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Library and remove it from all distributions.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE LIBRARY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOOAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE LIBRARY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. DOOAPPS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) SPECIFICALLY FOR THE LIBRARY, OR (B) US$100.

11. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. The courts located in São Paulo/SP, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. MISCELLANEOUS
This is the entire agreement between you and dooapps regarding the Library and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign this Agreement without dooapps’ prior written consent. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
