TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

1. DEFINITIONS

5. TERMINATION

   SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING AS A 
   RESULT OF THIS LICENSE OR OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WORK 
   (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, 
   COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

   a) This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties 
      concerning the Work;

   b) If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, 
      such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it 
      valid and enforceable;

   c) This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the 
      laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions;

   d) Any disputes arising out of or relating to this License shall be 
      resolved exclusively in the courts of Brazil;

   e) Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this License at any 
      time, with notice to licensees;

   f) Failure by Licensor to enforce any provision of this License shall not 
      be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
