Permissions
PubMatic grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to: (i) install the flutter_openwrap_sdk; and (ii) use the flutter_openwrap_sdk to process subscriptions from Customer’s clients.

Restrictions
Customer will not (and will not permit any third party to):
(i) copy or use the flutter_openwrap_sdk other than allowed by in the Permissions; (
(ii) modify, create derivative works based upon the flutter_openwrap_sdk, reverse engineer,
decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the flutter_openwrap_sdk to
human-readable form or in part to attempt to discover any source code in PubMatic’s intellectual property right; (iii) create programs similar or identical to the flutter_openwrap_sdk; (iv) use the flutter_openwrap_sdk in violation of any applicable laws; (v) distribute, sell, license or otherwise provide the flutter_openwrap_sdk to unauthorized third parties; (vi) insert malware (computer viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, etc.) or other harmful content or code into it (vii) disclose the results of any performance or functional evaluation of the Software including benchmark results or competitive analyses; or (viii) alter or remove proprietary notices or legends contained on or in the flutter_openwrap_sdk.
