documentation, and related materials (the "Software"), is the proprietary
property of FlexxxLab LLC.

1. Grant of License (Individual Use)
Permission is granted to an individual natural person to use the Software free
of charge for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, provided that
such use is not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any company, organization,
or client.

2. Commercial Use
Any commercial use of the Software requires a valid, active commercial license
issued by FlexxxLab LLC. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
- Use by a company, organization, or legal entity
- Use in connection with revenue-generating products or services
- Use in internal business systems or workflows
- Use by contractors, consultants, or employees on behalf of an organization

3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted under this license, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Circumvent or disable licensing, authentication, or usage controls
- Use the Software without the required backend services provided by FlexxxLab LLC

4. Backend Dependency
The Software is not intended to function as a standalone product and requires
access to backend services provided by FlexxxLab LLC. Deployment of self-hosted
backend or frontend components is permitted only under a valid commercial
license and subject to additional terms and conditions.

5. Ownership
All right, title, and interest in and to the Software remain exclusively with
FlexxxLab LLC. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this license.

6. Termination
FlexxxLab LLC may terminate this license immediately if you violate any of its
terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEXXXLAB LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
