**ByteArk Player SDK Proprietary License Agreement**

This ByteArk Player SDK Proprietary License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by ByteArk Co., Ltd ("Licensor") and the entity or individual who has acquired the license to use the ByteArk Player SDK ("Licensee"). By downloading, installing, or using the ByteArk Player SDK, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

### 1. License Grant
Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the ByteArk Player SDK ("Software") solely for the purpose of integrating the Software into applications developed by Licensee. This license does not permit Licensee to resell, distribute, or make derivative works of the Software.

### 2. Usage Restrictions
Licensee agrees that they will not:
   - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
   - Redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software or any of its components to any third party.
   - Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
   - Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the software's functionality or ByteArk Co., Ltd’s intellectual property rights.

### 3. Ownership
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of ByteArk Co., Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ByteArk Co., Ltd.

### 4. Updates and Support
Licensor may provide updates or support for the Software at its discretion. Any updates provided will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise stated in the update documentation.

### 5. Confidentiality
Licensee acknowledges that the Software includes proprietary information and agrees to treat the Software as confidential. Licensee will not disclose the Software or any of its components to third parties without prior written consent from ByteArk Co., Ltd.

### 6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. ByteArk Co., Ltd may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee violates any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must stop all use of the Software and destroy any copies in their possession.

### 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteArk Co., Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

### 8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

### 9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
