1. LICENSE GRANT

   Subject to the terms of this License, ayetstudios grants you a limited,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use this Software
   Development Kit ("SDK") solely for the purpose of integrating ayetstudios
   services into your applications, including commercial applications.

2. RESTRICTIONS

   You may NOT:
   a) Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the SDK;
   b) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive
      the source code of the SDK, except to the extent permitted by applicable
      law;
   c) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the SDK as a standalone
      product;
   d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the SDK;
   e) Use the SDK to create a competing product or service.

3. OWNERSHIP

   ayetstudios retains all right, title, and interest in and to the SDK,
   including all intellectual property rights. This License does not grant
   you any rights to trademarks or service marks of ayetstudios.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

   THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AYETSTUDIOS DOES
   NOT WARRANT THAT THE SDK WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN NO EVENT SHALL AYETSTUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
   SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR
   REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA,
   USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF
   THE SDK.

6. TERMINATION

   This License is effective until terminated. ayetstudios may terminate
   this License at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this
   License. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SDK and destroy
   all copies in your possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW

   This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of the jurisdiction in which ayetstudios is established, without
   regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using this SDK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree
to be bound by the terms of this License.
