PageFlipSnapshotRefreshPolicy enum
Controls when the current page snapshot is refreshed before a flip.

This preserves compatibility for arbitrary live content that changes without notifying the engine, but it can add input latency on large pages.

Reuse the cached snapshot until scrolling, PageFlipWidget.contentRevision, or PageFlipController.markPageDirty marks it stale.
Dirty pages are pre-warmed asynchronously. A synchronous capture is used only as a correctness fallback when a flip starts before pre-warming ends.
