BlurAreaItem class

A widget that applies a blur effect to a defined area.

This class extends CensorAreaItem and implements the blur effect using a BackdropFilter with a blur filter. The intensity of the blur is controlled by the CensorConfigs properties blurSigmaX and blurSigmaY.
