AVIF support for piksel. Register AvifDecoder in your ComponentRegistry.

- Decodes AVIF through the platform's own AVIF decoder (Android 12+, iOS 16+, macOS 13+) — no bundled codec. The native side returns a PNG-encoded first frame, which piksel's engine codec then decodes, so alpha and colour handling match every other format.
