GlassVerticalBarEdge enum
Which side of the screen the vertical bar strip is on, relative to the reading direction.
Mirrors SwiftUI's toolbarVerticalEdge and UIKit's
UITraitCollection.verticalBarEdge. The strip stays on the same physical
side whatever the layout direction, so a right-hand strip is trailing in
a left-to-right app and leading in a right-to-left one — exactly what
UIKit reports.
