GlassVerticalBarCompression enum
What gives way when iPhone Duo's vertical bar strip runs out of height for both the tab bar and the pinned chrome.
Mirrors SwiftUI's toolbarVerticalCompressionBehavior(_:) and UIKit's
verticalBarCompressionBehavior. The tab bar gives way by collapsing to a
circle holding the selected tab, which expands again on a tap — the
minimized pill of GlassTabBar.minimizable. The pinned chrome gives way by
collapsing the groups that no longer fit into a ••• menu.
