Extra fade height beyond the auto-calculated bottom bar area.

The total bottom fade height = bottomBarHeight + safe area bottom + bottomEdgeFadeExtent. Defaults to 20.0.

Negative values (e.g. -20.0 or -30.0) are valid and retract the fade boundary inside the bottom bar area — ideal for floating tab bars and GlassScrollEdgeStyle.blur so content stays 100% sharp until it is physically beneath the glass capsule.
