Diameter of standalone bar buttons (the automatic back button and non-shared items) on a GlassAppBar.pinned bar, in logical pixels.

Defaults to 44.0 when null. Shared multi-item capsules scale proportionally (buttonSize + 2.0), and custom items (GlassBarItem.custom) are constrained to this height in a horizontal bar. When buttonSize exceeds toolbarHeight, the toolbar row and preferredSize expand to accommodate it.
