ScrollControllerProvider class

InheritedWidget that propagates a ScrollController and ScrollPhysics to descendant widgets inside a GlassModalSheet.

The sheet installs physics on its vertical scrollables itself, so content need not read this provider to behave correctly; it remains the way to reach the shared controller, and to opt a scrollable in explicitly. Below the topmost detent the published physics hold the content still so drags grow the sheet instead of scrolling the list inside it.
