BackendLoadCheck class abstract
Optional backend capability that checks a model load before any model file resolves or downloads.
LlamaEngine.setModel throws what checkLoad throws before it resolves
a file, and LlamaEngine.checkLoad reports the same outcome without
loading. For a backend without this interface, LlamaEngine.checkLoad
reports LlamaLoadCheckStatus.unknown once it knows the format.
