createRerankingContext abstract method

Future<int> createRerankingContext(

Creates a fresh explicit RANK context for the owning reranker loader.

Verify a real classifier head and its output count first. Ordinary model loads retain their context configuration. The caller frees this context with LlamaBackend.contextFree, including when preparation fails.
