inStrip property

Whether the chrome is laid out for iPhone Duo's vertical bar strip (GlassVerticalBar.maybeOf).

The package draws the strip whatever hoisted says: the shell while it has the chrome, and the GlassPinnedBarChrome itself, in-route, while it does not — under a presentation, in a modal sheet, or in a nested navigator kept out of the shell with GlassPinnedBarChrome.enabled. So while this is set the back button and every item that goes vertical are never the bar's to draw, and leading is null. Only the items that stay horizontal, which actions holds, follow hoisted and presenting. A bar drawing its own chrome leaves the rest out, or shows them twice.
