How long to wait after onTap fires before the menu begins closing.

Defaults to null (close immediately). Set to a short duration such as Duration(milliseconds: 320) when the item hosts an animated trailing widget (e.g. a GlassSwitch) whose state transition should be visible before the menu morphs away.
