GlassNavBarGroup class

One glass shell's worth of items within a cluster.

Mirrors the grouping iOS 26 derives from UIBarButtonItem.sharesBackground and hidesSharedBackground: consecutive shared items form one capsule, and anything else stands alone.

Shared with GlassAppBar's in-route fallback so the two paths group and size items identically; this library is not exported from the package barrel.
