Speed profile for the open/close morph animation.

Defaults to MorphSpeed.normal for native iOS 26 parity. Use MorphSpeed.fast on high-frequency trigger surfaces (e.g. toolbars where users tap repeatedly) or MorphSpeed.instant when Reduce Motion is active and you want a single-frame transition without bouncing.
