Distance from the top of the screen to the row that keeps the items staying horizontal, in iPhone Duo's vertical bar strip.

Defaults to GlassVerticalBarMetrics.edgeMargin, the row GlassAppBar draws its title in. A bar the app draws with a header of its own passes the top of that header's row, so the items land in it rather than above it. Elsewhere it is not read.
