Opacity of the frost over the backdrop beneath it, from 0 to 1.

At 1.0 (the default) the frost replaces the content under it. Below that a copy of the content, blurred by blur, shows through and keeps 1 - frostOpacity of its contrast against the cloud; see frostClamp for the side of it that is held back. The native material measures 0.73 light, 0.85 dark.
