controller property

Optional controller to manage the search bar state machine externally.

When provided, the widget uses this controller's state instead of creating its own. Useful for programmatic open/close of search, or for unit testing the layout computation independently.

The caller owns the controller's lifecycle — call SearchableBottomBarController.dispose when done.
