Thickness of the icon shadow halo effect.

When provided, creates a shadow halo around the icon for emphasis. Only visible on unselected tabs, or selected tabs without a different activeIcon. Typical values are between 0.5 and 2.0.

This is applied via IconTheme, so it only takes effect on standard Icon widgets. Custom widgets must handle shadows themselves.
