Whether to enable organic liquid blending between the tab pill and the extra button.

When true (default), adjacent glass surfaces merge organically — a premium "beyond native" effect. When false, the extra button renders as a fully independent glass element, matching Apple's native iOS 26 tab bar behavior.

When disabled, blendAmount is ignored.
