Retrieves the nearest LiquidGlassSettings from the ancestor tree.

This checks for InheritedLiquidGlass first. If not found, it attempts to look up LiquidGlassSettings.of(context) from the renderer package to maintain compatibility with standard LiquidGlassLayer usage.
