Builds a widget for inline `code`.

Used only when inlineCodeBuilder is null. The result is wrapped in a baseline-aligned WidgetSpan, which is the shape that made this hook a problem — prefer inlineCodeBuilder, or GptMarkdown.inlineCodeStyle when you only want to restyle.
