The logical operator of the rule. Possible string values are:

  • "UNSPECIFIED" : Not specified.
  • "UNKNOWN" : Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.
  • "ALL" : And - all of the operands.

  • "NONE" : Not - none of the operands.
