generate method

Future<GenerateUserSessionResponse> generate(
  1. GenerateUserSessionRequest request,
  2. String parent, {
  3. String? $fields,
})

This API replaces user authorized OAuth consent based APIs (Create, Entitle).

Issues a timed session token for the given user intent. You can use the session token to redirect the user to Google to finish the signup flow. You can re-generate new session token repeatedly for the same request if necessary, regardless of the previous tokens being expired or not. By default, the session token is valid for 1 hour.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The parent, the partner that can resell. Format: partners/{partner} Value must have pattern ^partners/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GenerateUserSessionResponse.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.

Implementation

async.Future<GenerateUserSessionResponse> generate(
  GenerateUserSessionRequest request,
  core.String parent, {
  core.String? $fields,
}) async {
  final body_ = convert.json.encode(request);
  final queryParams_ = <core.String, core.List<core.String>>{
    'fields': ?$fields == null ? null : [$fields],
  };

  final url_ =
      'v1/' + core.Uri.encodeFull('$parent') + '/userSessions:generate';

  final response_ = await _requester.request(
    url_,
    'POST',
    body: body_,
    queryParams: queryParams_,
  );
  return GenerateUserSessionResponse.fromJson(
    response_ as core.Map<core.String, core.dynamic>,
  );
}
