insert method
Inserts a new annotation.
request - The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
annotationId - The ID for the annotation to insert.
country - ISO-3166-1 code to override the IP-based location.
showOnlySummaryInResponse - Requests that only the summary of the
specified layer be provided in the response.
source - String to identify the originator of this request.
$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a Annotation.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
