Creates a SemanticGovernancePolicy.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The resource name of the Location into which to create the SemanticGovernancePolicy. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location} Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+$.

semanticGovernancePolicyId - Required. The ID to use for the SemanticGovernancePolicy, which will become the final component of the SemanticGovernancePolicy's resource name. This value may be up to 63 characters, and valid characters are [a-z0-9-]. The first character cannot be a number or hyphen. The last character must be a letter or a number.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleLongrunningOperation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
