Create a QaQuestion.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The parent resource of the QaQuestion. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/qaScorecards/\[^/\]+/revisions/\[^/\]+$.

qaQuestionId - Optional. A unique ID for the new question. This ID will become the final component of the question's resource name. If no ID is specified, a server-generated ID will be used. This value should be 4-64 characters and must match the regular expression ^[a-z0-9-]{4,64}$. Valid characters are a-z-.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleCloudContactcenterinsightsV1QaQuestion.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
