const dotBadge
A badge value that shows a small red dot instead of a count, e.g. for
"something new" on a tab. UITabBarItem has no dot badge, so
CNTabBar and CNTabRail draw it themselves. VoiceOver reads nothing
for a dot; say what is new in the tab's label if it matters.
