Whether enrolling or removing a fingerprint or face permanently invalidates the key.

This is the key's effective setting, which can differ from CreateKeysConfig.setInvalidatedByBiometricEnrollment: Android 6 (API 23) always invalidates, and on iOS/macOS a key that accepts the device passcode is never invalidated.

Null when requiresAuthentication is false, on Windows, and on iOS/macOS for keys whose setting wasn't recorded.
