Android DER-encoded X.509 key attestation certificate chain of the signing key, leaf first.

Present only for keys created with CreateKeysConfig.attestationChallenge (the leaf carries the key attestation extension, OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.11129.2.1.17). Null for unattested keys and on all other platforms.
