Why the key was created without attestation although CreateKeysConfig.attestationChallenge was provided.

Set only when CreateKeysConfig.attestationMode allowed falling back to an unattested key: BiometricError.notSupported when the device or platform cannot attest keys, BiometricError.notAvailable when the keystore reported a transient failure. Null when the key is attested, when no challenge was provided, and for AttestationMode.disabled.
