Android DER-encoded X.509 key attestation certificate chain of the new signing key, leaf (the attestation certificate) first, root last.

Set only when CreateKeysConfig.attestationChallenge was provided and key creation succeeded; null otherwise and on all other platforms. The plugin does not parse or verify the chain — send it to your server.
