createDatasetExportJob method

Future<CreateDatasetExportJobResponse> createDatasetExportJob({
  1. required String destinationS3Uri,
  2. required ExportErrorReportLocation errorReportLocation,
  3. required ProcessingInput input,
  4. required String workspaceName,
  5. String? clientToken,
})

Starts an asynchronous job that exports dataset and time-series data from a workspace to Amazon S3. The operation returns a jobId immediately; poll DescribeDatasetExportJob to track progress and ListDatasetExportJobs to enumerate a workspace's jobs.

May throw AccessDeniedException. May throw ConflictingOperationException. May throw InternalFailureException. May throw InvalidRequestException. May throw ResourceNotFoundException. May throw ThrottlingException.

Parameter destinationS3Uri : The S3 URI where output clips will be written.

Parameter errorReportLocation : The location where the error report will be written on failure.

Parameter input : The processing input source.

Parameter workspaceName : The name of the workspace in which to create the dataset export job.

Parameter clientToken : A unique, case-sensitive identifier that you provide to ensure the idempotency of the request. The AWS SDKs and CLI populate this automatically.

Implementation

Future<CreateDatasetExportJobResponse> createDatasetExportJob({
  required String destinationS3Uri,
  required ExportErrorReportLocation errorReportLocation,
  required ProcessingInput input,
  required String workspaceName,
  String? clientToken,
}) async {
  final $payload = <String, dynamic>{
    'destinationS3Uri': destinationS3Uri,
    'errorReportLocation': errorReportLocation,
    'input': input,
    'clientToken': clientToken ?? _s.generateIdempotencyToken(),
  };
  final response = await _protocol.send(
    payload: $payload,
    method: 'POST',
    requestUri:
        '/workspaces/${Uri.encodeComponent(workspaceName)}/dataset-export-jobs',
    hostPrefix: 'data.',
    exceptionFnMap: _exceptionFns,
  );
  return CreateDatasetExportJobResponse.fromJson(response);
