The file is structurally valid but does not verify.

Thrown for ASTBinaryError.checksumMismatch, ASTBinaryError.signatureMissing and ASTBinaryError.signatureMismatch, so a caller can distinguish "this file is damaged or tampered with" from "this file is the wrong shape".
