isBuilt property

Whether the platform SDK has completed initialization successfully.

Remains pending during initialization and resolves to false if the platform reports an initialization error. Android waits for the native SDK's build, web waits for the Browser SDK's initialization promise and resolves to false after 10 seconds if it never settles (for example, when the SDK script is blocked), and iOS/macOS reply after the Swift SDK's constructor and initial setup complete.

Analytics calls can be submitted while initialization is pending. Readiness does not establish that an event has been persisted or uploaded.
